Turn the phone on.

Recharge the battery.

service area, or the signal
is too weak. Extend the
antenna fully.
•The buttons may be locked.
•The phone may be locked.
Enter the lock code to
unlock the phone.
•Check the signal strength.
•If the icon is displayed,
there is no service.

•Check the number.
•Press

•Listen for a busy signal.
•The microphone may be
muted. Unmute the
microphone.
•Adjust the earpiece volume.
If possible, also reduce the
noise around you.
