Optional Tray 2
2 Press the Menu > or < buttons one
or more times until ‘Printing Menu’ is
displayed.
3 Press the Item < or > buttons one or
more times until ‘Tray’ appears on the
display.
4 Press the Value + or - buttons one or more
times to select ‘OPT’.
5 Press the Enter button.
● An asterisk(❊) appears beside the
current user default setting for that
menu item.
You can select a paper source by setting the TRAY item using the control
panel menu.
If you do not use printer driver. To Select Optional Tray 2 as the default setting:
1 Press On Line.
Result: The OFFLINE message appears on
the display and the printer is off-line.
