This chapter describes SunFastEthernet Adapter 2.1 software installation
requirements for systems running Solaris 2.3, 2.4 and 2.5 software versions
only. See Chapter 4, “Installing SunFastEthernet Adapter 2.1 Software On
Solaris 1.1.1 and 1.1.2 Systems” for systems running Solaris 1.1.1 and 1.1.2
software (SunOS versions 4.1.3_U1 and 4.1.4).

Note – You must have already installed the SunFastEthernet Adapter in your
system prior to performing the following tasks.
