Replacing the Top Cover
1. Power off the system and ensure it is disconnected from the AC power
source.
2. Open and remove the front door and as described earlier in this chapter.
3. Remove two screws securing the top cover to the front of the chassis. See
Figure 4-42.

4. Lift the front edge of the top cover up and slide the cover towards you to
remove it from the system.
Note: The rear of the top cover has a slot that attaches
to a tab that extends up from the rear panel.
5. Slide the replacement top cover into position on top of the chassis ensuring
the slot at the cover rear mates with the chassis tab.
6. Secure the top cover to the chassis with the two screws removed in Step 3.
7. Attach and close the front door and connect the ac power cord.
8. Power up the system.
