Hardware Maintenance Manual: xSeries 200
To remove the power supply, do the following:
1. Power-off the server, if it is on.
2. Unplug the server.
3. Remove the cover (see “Removing the side cover” on page 40).
4. Disconnect the power cables from the system board.
5. Remove the screws from the rear of the server.
6. Gently move the power supply away from the chassis and lift it out of the server.
