Position
the
new
dc
rear
panel
so
that
it
aligns
with
the
dc
power
terminals
on
the
system.
Make
sure
that
the
dc
rear
panel
is
well
seated
on
the
system.
10.
Using
a
screwdriver,
tighten
the
three
captive
fasteners
on
the
new
dc
rear
panel.
Note:
Torque
the
screws
to
8
inch-pounds.
11.
If
you
have
no
other
replacement
procedures
to
perform
at
the
rear
of
the
system,
re-install
the
LAN
module
(see
and
the
KVM
module
(see
12.
Connect
the
power
cable
connectors
to
the
dc
terminals
of
the
BladeCenter
T
unit
(see
13.
Reinstall
dc
terminal
covers.

Start
up
the
system
(see
Upper
flex
circuit
assembly
Complete
the
following
steps
to
replace
the
upper
flex
circuit
assembly.

Shut
down
the
system
and
remove
power
from
the
system
(see
2.
For
Type
8720
systems,
remove
the
dc
terminal
covers
and
power
connections
to
each
of
the
DC
terminals.
For
Type
8730
systems,
remove
each
power
cord
from
the
input
power
connections
on
the
rear
of
the
BladeCenter
T
unit.
3.
Remove
the
KVM
module
from
the
rear
of
the
system
(see
4.
Remove
the
LAN
module
from
the
rear
of
the
system
(see
5.
Remove
the
I/O
switch
that
is
above
the
upper
flex
circuit
assembly
that
you
are
removing.
6.
Using
a
screwdriver,
fully
loosen
the
two
captive
fasteners
on
the
old
upper
flex
circuit
assembly.
