About the Multi-Tech Fax-Back System
Multi-Tech’s fax-back system provides 24-hour
access to sales/marketing and technical literature.
Dial (612) 717-5888, follow the voice prompts, and
enter the document number for either the “Sales and
Marketing” catalog or the “Technical Support”
catalog of available documents. For convenience,
have your fax number handy:__________________.
From the Sales and Marketing catalog, you can
request to have newsletters, white papers, press
releases, brochures, and other marketing literature
faxed to you. From the Technical Support catalog,
you may request basic modem operation information
and troubleshooting guides. With either catalog,
simply enter the applicable FB Doc. # of the
literature you wish to receive from the left column of
the catalog.
