• an MT3410ZLX PCMCIA LAN/Fax/Modem Card
• one cable with a 15-pin detachable connector
(to PC card) terminated on one end; with the
other end of the cable splitting into one RJ-11
plug for PSTN connection and one RJ-45 plug
for LAN connection.
• one 3-1/2” Software Drivers diskette
• User’s Manual (this manual)
• Fax/Modem communications software disk
