3. Click the Preview button to view the Mapping of the Import Phone book to compare it to the
Contact Field Names.
4. Select the Import button to begin copying the Phone Book to the FaxFinder Server and verify by
clicking OK.
5. Click Modify Template to make changes to an existing template. You can select fields from the
Imported Fields drop down and map them to existing Contact Fields listed in the Field
Assignment column. Use the - button to remove a mapping, and the + button to create a
mapping.
