1 From the main screen, press the Center Select

) (MENU) to open the menu.
2 Use the Navigation Key (

) to scroll to
( SETTINGS & TOOLS and press the Center Select

3 Scroll to Tools and press the Center Select

) (OK).
4 Scroll to Calendar and press the Center Select

5 Scroll to the desired date and press the Left Soft

6 Enter new appointment name and details. To
change the time, recurrence, or alert type, scroll
to the line and press the Left Soft Key (

7 To save the appointment, press the Center Select

) (SAVE).
