steps:
1. Remove and reinsert the
controller blade.
2. Wait 5 minutes.
3. Delete the controller entry
with the incorrect firmware
version from the DS4000
Storage Manager Enterprise
Management window.
4. Add the controller back to the
DS4000 Storage Manager
Enterprise Management
window using the Add
Device menu option in the
Enterprise Management
window.
5. If the DS4000 Storage
Manager client Enterprise
Management window still
shows each storage server
controller as an independent
storage subsystem or a
partially managed device,
repeat this procedure. If the
problem still persists, contact
IBM support.
Note: If you cannot find the problem in the Symptom-to-FRU index, test the entire
system.
