AUTO WEATHER UPDATE
When the system is initialized,
the Automatic Weather Update
function will retain the status at
aircraft shutdown. The following
procedures allow the function to
be turned OFF and back ON.
TURNING AUTO WX UPDT
OFF
1. AFIS Key - DEPRESS to
display AFIS MENU Page.
2. Line Select Key - DEPRESS
to position cursor over
Option 8, OPERATING
MODES. (Figure 7-113)
3. ENT Key - DEPRESS.

over ON option of AUTO
WX UPDT field. (Figure 7-

5. BACK Key - DEPRESS.
OFF appears in the cursor.
