The camera
might be
connected to a
computer
through a USB
hub.
Try connecting the camera
directly to the computer,
or disconnect other
devices attached to the
USB hub.
The software
cannot retrieve
the Share Menu
information from
your camera
The computer
needs to write
files to memory
during HP Instant
Share setup, but
the optional
memory card
that is installed
in the camera is
either full or
locked.
Either make room on the
memory card or unlock it
by switching the locking
tab on the card to the
unlocked position.
The cable is not
connected
correctly.
Make sure that the cable is
firmly connected to the
computer and camera.
