Creates local router’s host name.
NOTE:
If this command is not used, then, if it has been specified, the from the l2tp
set oursysname command or the from the command system name
is used.

l2tp set remotename
Creates the host name of the remote tunnel.
NOTE:
If this command is not used, then of the tunnel entry is used.
