Checking Details
Use this procedure to check the details of an original stored in a Polling box.

Display the screen.
1 Press the [ Document Box/USB ] key.
2 Press the [ ▲ ] or [ ▼ ] key to select [Polling Box].
3 Press the [ OK ] key.

Selecting the Originals.
1 Press the [ ▲ ] or [ ▼ ] key to select the document you want to check.
2 Press [Menu].
3 Press the [ ▲ ] or [ ▼ ] key to select [Detail/Edit].
4 Press the [ OK ] key. The details of the selected document are displayed.
Deleting Originals in a Polling Box
Use this procedure to delete an original stored in a Polling box.

Display the screen.
1 Press the [ Document Box/USB ] key.
Item Description
File Name Entry Adds a file name.
JobFinish Notice Sends E-mail notice when a job is complete.
Print Override Suspends the current job and gives a new job top priority.
NOTE
If Delete TX File is set to [On], originals are automatically deleted following polling
transmitted. (Refer to page
5-22 .)
