Press the [ Start ] key.
Press the [ Start ] key. The operations for reception begin.
Printing from a Polling Box
Use this procedure to print an original stored in a Polling box.

Display the screen.
1 Press the [ Document Box/USB ] key.
2 Press the [ ▲ ] or [ ▼ ] key to select [Polling Box].
3 Press the [ OK ] key.

Selecting the Originals.
1 Press the [ ▲ ] or [ ▼ ] key to select the document you want to print.
2 Press [Select].
A checkmark will be placed on the right of the selected file.
Select the checkmarked file and press [Select] again to cancel the selection.
3 Press the [ OK ] key.

Print
1 Press the [ ▲ ] or [ ▼ ] key to select [Print].
2 Press the [ OK ] key.
3 Use the numeric keys to change the number of sheets to be printed. To change the print
settings, press the [
Function Menu ] key then change the settings and press the [ OK ] key.
NOTE
When On is selected in Check New Dest., a confirmation screen is displayed for the entered
FAX number. Re-enter the same FAX number and press [OK]. For details, refer to Check
New Dest. in the Operation Guide for the machine.
