Inside mounting

Obtain wall plugs for the surface (wood, concrete, masonry,
etc.). Assemble the insect screen as described in chapter
„Mounting to the window frame“, first adjusting the measure-
ments to the structural conditions of your window opening.
Install the suspension brackets

and

to the window

opening and attach the insect screen.

Cleaning and Care

Never use corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents.

Clean the fibreglass fabric and frame with a lint-free,

slightly damp cloth.

Regularly remove and thoroughly clean the insect screen.

If necessary, use a mild cleaning agent.

Disposal

The packaging is made from eco-friendly materials.
Dispose of packaging through municipal recycling
containers.

Contact your local refuse disposal authority for more details
of how to dispose of your worn-out product.

Declaration of conformity

This product complies with the requirements of the relevant
European and national guidelines. This is confirmed by the CE
mark. The relevant declarations are held by the manufacturer.

Step 10
Insert the tabs

into the centre of the aluminium sections

Follow steps 1 to 2 of chapter „inside mounting“, then steps 4
and 6 to 12. of chapter „inside mounting“. Attach the suspen-
sion brackets

to the top, and the suspension bracket

parts are damaged and that all parts are correctly assem-
bled. Incorrect assembly could lead to injury. Damaged
parts could impact safety and function.

WARNING! RISK OF FATAL INJURIES! Do not lean
too far out of the window during product installation,
removal or cleaning.

Installation

Verify your window is suitable for this product prior to installation.
Also verify your window frame does not exceed the maximum
size.

CAUTION! DANGER OF INJURY! Installation requires

a saw, carpet knife and an electric drill (only for external
installation). Be sure to refer to the instructions for use of the
respective tools.

Step 1
First measure the height (h) and width (w) of the window
frame (inside measurement) (see Fig. 1).

Step 2
Deduct 1.2 cm from the measured height (h) and 3.3 from the
measured width (w) and cut the aluminium sections

and

to the measures sizes (see Fig. 2). Use a file to smooth the cut
edges.

Step 3
Use a pair of flat nose pliers to bend the stainless steel univer-
sal suspension bracket. To do so, measure the frame depth X
(see Fig. 3). Add 1 mm to the measured depth and transfer
the size to the universal suspension bracket (see Fig. 3). Then
bend the suspension bracket as close as possible upward, if

Introduction

Congratulations! You have bought a high-quality
product. Familiarise yourself with the product prior
to assembly. Carefully read the following assembly

instructions and safety advice. Only use the product as de-
scribed and for the indicated purpose. Keep these instructions
in a safe place. Please include all documentation when pass-
ing this product on to others.

Intended use

This article is designed to provide protection against insects
such as flies and is intended for indoor use only. Any use other
than previously described or any product modification is pro-
hibited and can result in injuries and / or product damage. The
manufacturer is not liable for damage caused by improper
use. The product is not intended for commercial use.

Houd alstublieft de kassabon en het artikelnummer (bijv.

Montage op het raamkozijn

Zorg overeenkomstig de ondergrond (hout, beton, metselwerk
etc.) voor passende pluggen. Monteer het horraam zoals
beschreven in hoofdstuk „montage op het raamkozijn“, pas
echter vooraf de maten van de bouwkundige omstandigheden
van uw raamkozijn aan. Monteer de bevestigingshaken

op het kozijn en haak vervolgens het horraam erin.

Reiniging en onderhoud

Gebruik in géén geval schurende of bijtende reinigings-

middelen.

Reinig het horgaas en het frame alléén met een pluisvrije,

iets vochtige doek.

Haal het horraam regelmatig uit het raam en reinig alles

grondig.

Gebruik eventueel een mild reinigingsmiddel.

Verwijdering

De verpakking is vervaardigd van milieuvriendelijk
materiaal. Verwijder deze via de lokale recycling-
containers.

Uw gemeentelijke overheid verstrekt informatie over de
mogelijkheden om het uitgediende product te verwijderen.

Conformiteitsverklaring

Dit product voldoet aan de eisen van de van toepassing
zijnde Europese en nationale richtlijnen. Dit wordt bevestigd

Stap 11
Verwijder het uitstekende horgaas

met behulp van het

tapijtmes (zie afb. 8).

Stap 12
Plaats het horraam in het raam (zie afb. 9).

Montage op het raamkozijn

Volg de stappen 1 tot 2 van het hoofdstuk „montage van
binnen“, vervolgens de stappen 4, alsook 6 tot 12 van het
hoofdstuk „montage van binnen“. Plaats de bevestigingshaken

boven en de bevestigingshaken

beneden op het kozijn.

Houd het frame met de bevestigingshaken

van

buiten tegen het raam en markeer de boorgaten (zie afb. 10).
Vraag eventueel een tweede persoon om hulp. Boor de boor-
gaten en monteer de bevestigingshaken

met behulp

van de schroeven

aan de buitenmuur (zie afb. 10).

Plaats het horraam in het raam (zie afb. 11).

Stap 4
Kort de borstelafdichting

Monteer de universele edelstalen bevestigingshaken

conform afbeelding 4 / b in de hoekverbinders

Opmerking: let erop, dat u de universele edelstalen bevesti-
gingshaken

met de lange benen in de bovenste hoekver-

binders

plaatst.

Stap 6
Verbind de aluminium profielen

met de hoekverbin-

ders

(zie afb. 5). Let op de juiste positie van de aluminium

profielen

. Schuif bij het in elkaar steken de borstelaf-

dichting

eveneens in de hoekverbinders

Tip: Gebruik indien nodig een rubberen hamer voor het
vastkloppen van de hoekverbinders

Stap 7
Kort de 2 kliklijsten

op de maat van het aluminium profiel

H – 12 mm (zie afb. 6).
Stap 8
Kort de andere beide kliklijsten

op het maat B – 20 mm

(zie afb. 6).

Stap 9
Leg het horgaas

over het frame en fixeer het met behulp

van de kliklijst

aan de aluminium profielen

(zie afb. 7).

VOORZICHTIG! GEVAAR VOOR LETSEL! Zorg er-
voor dat alle onderdelen intact en deskundig gemonteerd
zijn. Bij ondeskundige montage bestaat gevaar voor letsel.
Beschadigde onderdelen kunnen de veiligheid en de
werking beïnvloeden.

WAARSCHUWING! LEVENSGEVAAR! Leun bij de
montage, demontage of reiniging niet te ver uit het raam.

Montage

Controleer voor de montage of uw raam geschikt is voor dit
product. Controleer eveneens, dat uw raamkozijn de maximale
afmetingen niet overschrijdt.

VOORZICHTIG! GEVAAR VOOR LETSEL! Voor de

montage hebt u een zaag, een tapijtmes en een boormachine
nodig (alleen voor de buitenmontage). Raadpleeg per sé de
gebruiksaanwijzingen van het benodigde gereedschap.

Stap 1
Meet eerst de hoogte (H) en de breedte (B) van het raamkozijn
(binnenmaat) (zie afb. 1).

Stap 2
Trek vervolgens van de vastgestelde hoogte (H) 1,2 cm en van
de vastgestelde breedte (B) 3,3 cm af en kort de aluminium
profielen

op de berekende afmetingen (zie afb. 2).

Ontbraam de zaagranden met behulp van een vijl.

Stap 3
Buig de edelstalen universele bevestigingshaken met behulp
van een platbektang. Meet hiervoor de diepte van het kozijn X
(zie afb. 3). Tel bij de gemeten diepte 1 mm op en neem dit
maat voor de universele bevestigingshaken (zie afb. 3). Buig
vervolgens de bevestigingshaak zo dicht mogelijk met de plat-

Omvang van de levering

Opmerking: let bij het uitpakken op dat u niet abusievelijk
montagemateriaal weggooit. Controleer de levering direct na
het uitpakken op volledigheid en op de optimale staat van
het product en alle onderdelen. Monteer het product in geen
geval als de levering niet compleet is.

Inleiding

Hartelijk gefeliciteerd! Met uw aankoop hebt u
voor een hoogwaardig product gekozen. Maak u
voor de montage vertrouwd met het product. Lees

hiervoor aandachtig de volgende montagehandleiding en de
veiligheidsvoorschriften. Gebruik het product alleen zoals be-
schreven en voor het aangegeven gebruiksdoeleinde. Bewaar
deze gebruiksaanwijzing zorgvuldig. Als u het product aan der-
den overhandigt, dient u ook alle documenten te overhandigen.

Correct gebruik

Dit artikel is bedoeld als bescherming tegen insecten, zoals
vliegen, in privé-vertrekken. Een ander gebruik als eerder be-
schreven of een verandering van het product is niet toegestaan
en kan tot letsel en / of beschadiging van het product voeren.
De fabrikant is niet aansprakelijk voor uit niet correct gebruik

Montaggio per intradosso

della finestra

Procurarsi dei tasselli adatti al materiale dell‘intradosso
(legno, cemento, mattone, ecc.). Montare la zanzariera come
descritto nel capitolo „montaggio su telaio della finestra“,
adattando dapprima all‘intradosso della finestra le misure
della nuova realtà architettonica. Montare le staffe angolari

all‘intradosso e appendere la zanzariera.

Pulizia e cura

Non utilizzare assolutamente detersivi corrosivi o abrasivi.

Pulire la rete in fibra di vetro e il telaio con un panno privo

di pelucchi e leggermente bagnato.

Togliere cautamente la zanzariera dalla finestra e pulirla

a fondo.

Se necessario utilizzare un detergente delicato.

Smaltimento

L’imballaggio consta esclusivamente di materiali
ecologici. Gettare questi rifiuti nei punti di raccolta
locali.

Informarsi presso l’amministrazione comunale o locale circa le
possibilità di uno smaltimento non dannoso per l’ambiente.

Fissare la zanzariera (vedi fig. 9).

Possibilità di montaggio ulteriori:

Montaggio al telaio della finestra

Eseguire i passaggi 1, 2 e 4 del capitolo „montaggio per
interni“ e successivamente tutti i passaggi dal 6 al 12 dello
stesso capitolo. Posizionare le staffe angolari

superiori e

quelle inferiori

sul telaio. Tenere il telaio con le staffe

angolari

appoggiato alla finestra dall‘esterno e con-

trassegnare i punti di esecuzione dei fori (vedi fig. 10). Chie-
dere aiuto ad una seconda persona se necessario. Eseguire i
fori con il trapano e montare le staffe angolari

con le

viti

alla parete esterna (vedi fig. 10).

Montare la zanzariera (vedi fig. 11).

Passo 3
Piegare le staffe angolari con una pinza a punte piatte.
Misurare la larghezza del telaio X. (vedi fig. 3). Aggiungere
1 mm alla dimensione della larghezza e riportare la misura
risultante sulla staffa angolare (vedi fig.3).
Piegare la staffa angolare con la pinza avvicinandola il più
possibile al punto da piegare. Formare un angolo di 90°
verso l‘alto come illustrato in fig. 3.

Passo 4
Accorciare la guarnizione di spazzola

della dimensione

H + 40 mm x 2 volte e L (larghezza) + 7 mm x 2 volte e spin-
gere la guarnizione

nelle fessure previste dei profili

(vedi fig. 4 / a).

Passo 5
Inserire le staffe angolari universali

come in figura

4 / b nei connettori angolari

Nota: Assicurarsi che le staffe angolari a braccio lungo

siano inserite nei connettori superiori

Passo 6
Unire i profili di alluminio

(vedi fig.5). Assicurarsi che i profili siano posizionati corretta-

Suggerimento: utilizzare se necessario un martello di
gomma per l‘inserimento dei connettori

Accorciare i 2 listelli a scatto

di H – 12 mm

(vedi fig. 6).

Passo 8
Accorciare i listelli a scatto rimanenti

di L (larghezza) – 20 mm

(vedi fig. 6).

Montaggio

Prima di effettuare il montaggio, assicurarsi che la finestra sia
adatta per questo prodotto. Verificare inoltre che il telaio della
finestra non superi le dimensioni massime.

ATTENZIONE! PERICOLO DI LESIONE! Per il mon-

taggio sono necessari una sega, un taglierino ed un trapano
(solo per montaggio esterno). Consultare assolutamente le
istruzioni d‘uso degli attrezzi necessari.

Passo 1
Misurare l‘altezza (H) e la larghezza (L) del telaio della
finestra (dimensioni interne) (vedi fig.1).

Passo 2
Sottrarre alla misura dell‘altezza (H) 1,2 cm e a quella della
larghezza (B) 3,3 cm e segare i profili di alluminio secondo le
misure risultanti

(vedi fig. 2).

Sbavare i bordi di taglio con una lima.

Contenuto della confezione

Avviso: Al disimballaggio del prodotto, fare attenzione a
non gettare per errore il materiale di montaggio. Controllare il
prodotto subito dopo averlo disimballato e verificare che il
contenuto della fornitura sia completo e le condizioni del
prodotto e di tutti gli altri pezzi siano regolari. Non montare
assolutamente il prodotto se il contenuto della fornitura non è
completo.
