Requirement:
☐ The inverter must be disconnected (see 4.3.1 "Disconnecting the Inverter", page 19).
1. Remove the plexiglass covers.
2. Check fuses, terminals, and insulation for discoloration or changes. When checking, do not
remove the fuses.
If the fuses, terminals, or insulation are discolored or changed, contact the SMA Service Line.
3. Check whether the mark on the screw connections
of the fuses is in the right place.
If the mark on the screw connections is not in the
right place, retighten the screw connection
(see the inverter's circuit diagram for the torque
specification). Contact the SMA Service Line in the
event of damage or changes.
4. Check whether discolorations can be seen on the screw connections of the fuses.
If discolorations can be seen on the screw connections, contact the SMA Service Line.
4.3.9 Checking the Surge Arresters (Optional)
Requirement:
☐ The inverter must be disconnected (see 4.3.1 "Disconnecting the Inverter", page 19).
