Adding Locations
To add a Location, first select the
Site that the Location is to be created at in the Tree View in the
Navigation Pane .
Select a Site
To add the Location click on the Add Location option in the
File Menu , as shown below, to bring up the
Location Details window.

The Location Details window allows you to view, add or amend the details of a Location, including the
name and description of a Location, the associated
Client and Site (these may already be pre-populated
with the details of the Client and Site you selected in the Tree View ), and any other notes you would like to
add about the Location.
Attaching photos to Location Details
You can also attach photos of the Location to the Location Details. To do this, click the Add Attachment
button in the Location Details window. This will open the Open Photo window.
