Note
The individual tests will vary depending on Tests assigned to the Asset Record in the PATGuard database
or directly entered earlier on the PDA.
Tests can only be added to an Asset which does not have any Tests (see Add Tests).
As a User name needs to be assigned when Test Results are entered directly, it is necessary for you to
enter your name into the User name field before selecting the Test. The User name will then remain for
every test entry window until changed.
To enter the Results for a Test, simply select the Test.

Enter the Test Result into the Value field, select the appropriate Status and select OK to record the Test
Result.
Note
While the format of the Test Result Entry window will remain as shown above, the content will vary
depending upon the specific test and parameters as defined by the Asset record in the PATGuard
database or Tests entered directly earlier on the PDA.
The Visual Test display for portable appliances is different from other tests and is shown below.
