Filter Alarm Events
1.
Open the Alarm Monitor display. Click
Menu
, and then click
Alarm Monitor
.
2.
Select one or more Status Level buttons in the
Filter Options
section.
3.
Select a start and end
Date
to search from.
4.
Select a recorder from the
Server
list.
5.
Select the type of alarm event or select
All Events
.
6.
Select
Normal
or
Emergency Alarm
or select
All Alarms
.
7.
Select a
Confirmed
type.
8.
Select the number of frames and frame size of the thumbnail results.
9.
Click
On
to filter results.
View and Export Alarm Reports
1.
Click
Display
, and then click
Report
.
2.
Click the
Report Selection
drop down menu and select
Alarm Report
.
3.
In the
Selection Parameters
field, select each recorder needed for the report.
4.
In the
Filters Condition
field, select the filter name to only show the selected filter items.
5.
Set the
From
and
To
date and time.
6.
Click
Preview
to show a preview of the report.
7.
Click
Export
to select the export file format (
HTML
,
Excel
,
CSV
, or
Text
)
8.
Click
Export
to save the Alarm report.
9.
Browse for a location to save your file.
10.
Type a
File Name
.
11.
Click
Save
.
