Editing Users
1.
Click
Menu
, and then click
Settings
.
2.
Click
Users
.
3.
Select a user listed in the
User
window.
4.
Click Update User.
5.
Perform the desired changes; change the password, user permissions, or server access.
6.
Click
OK
to apply your changes.
Configure the E-mail setup window to send e-mail alerts to users based on alarm events.
General E-mail Setup
1.
Click
Menu
, and then click
Settings
.
2.
Click
E-Mail,
and then click the
General
tab.
3.
Select
Enable E-Mail Alarm
.
4.
Type the
Display Name
and
E-Mail Address
of
the e-mail account used to send e-mail alerts.
5.
Type the
Primary SMTP Settings,
and then click
Test
.
6.
If desired, click the checkbox to
Use Secondary
SMTP Setting
and enter the secondary SMTP
settings.
Users E-mail Setup
1.
Click
Menu
, and then click
Settings.
2.
Click
E-Mail,
and then click the
Users
tab.
3.
Type a
Name
for the recipient.
4.
Type the
E-Mail Address
for the recipient.
5.
Click
Add
.
1.
Click
Menu
, and then click
Settings.
2.
Click
E-Mail,
and then click the
Users
tab.
3.
Select the user in the
Users
list.
4.
Click
Save and Close.
Only activated users will receive e-mail notification of alarm events.
