Selection Configuration
This pull down menu list displays the default profile and all saved profiles. All profiles
with the .NCP extension in the NCTProfiles folder are displayed in the list. Profile fields
are not maintained in memory, so any changes made will be lost if the profile is not
saved.
New
Click this button to enter a name for a new profile.

Lose Changes warning appears when a newly created profile in the list is modified, or
when attempts to view another Profile from the list are made. Continuing without saving
changes to the current profile will be lost if it is not saved before switching to the next
profile. When a new profile is created, StarControl populates the profile tab fields with
values from the default.ncp profile and the new profile is made active.

The new file is not saved in the NCTProfiles folder until the Save button
on the Profile tab is clicked.
Copy
Clicking Copy duplicates the selected profile in the Select Configuration drop down list.
Enter a name for the copied profile in the Enter New Profile Name screen. Lose
Changes warning appears, when the copied profile in the list is modified or attempts are
made to view another profile from the list. Continuing without saving changes to the
current profile will be lost if it is not saved before switching to the next profile. The copied
profile created in StarControl populates the profile tab fields with values from the source
profile and the new profile is made active.
