PPollDisableList
Syntax INT WINAPI PPollDisableList(DevHandlePT devHandleList);
devHandleList is a pointer to a list of external devices that are to have their Parallel Poll
response disabled.
Returns -1 if error

Example deviceList[0] = wave;
