Introduction
On-Q/Legrand Concrete Enclosure Covers are attractive hinged metal covers for trim enclosures used in
concrete construction (see Figure 1). They are available in two sizes:

On-Q/Legrand Concrete Enclosure Covers mount flush with the wall. They are
slightly larger than the enclosures they cover and hide drywall rough edges, resulting
in a polished, finished look. A hinged door with latch gives the homeowner access to
the On-Q/Legrand components housed inside.

Description
Each cover is made of sturdy 18 gauge, white powder coated steel and ships with an
accessory bag containing the necessary screws, star washers and cover latch. The large
cover requires 6 screws and washers (see Figure 2); the small cover requires 4 screws and washers.

Installation
NOTE: Install the Cover AFTER the enclosure and all modules have
been terminated and verified as working properly.
NOTE: You will need a Phillips head screwdriver.
A. Place star washers over cover screws
Locate the star washers and screws that are included with the cover.
Place one star washer over each of the screws.
B. Lift cover into place
While utilizing the help of another person, lift and align the cover into
place and make sure that each of the mounting holes in the cover are
properly aligned with the holes in the face frame of the enclosure
(see Figure 3).

C. Firmly fasten the cover to the enclosure
Insert and firmly tighten each of the screws to attach the cover to the enclosure. In each case, make
sure that the star washer is located between the cover and the screw head.
