dial the number and the audio will be output via speakerphone.
The phone will use the primary
account to dial out. To user other accounts to dial out, press the LINE key to select the account. Next,
dial the number (See figure 16)

ANSWERING CALLS
1. Single Incoming call: When the phone rings, you can use the headset, handset or speaker to answer
the call. The user may also press the SPEAKER button (
) or the corresponding FUNCTION
button for “Accept” on the LCD screen. (See figure 17)
2. Multiple Incoming Calls: Users will hear a call waiting tone and the LCD will display the number of
the caller when another call is incoming. At this moment, press the corresponding FUNCTION button
for
“Accept” to establish a connection with the new call/caller. The current call will be placed on hold.
Users may press LINE button (
) to see the status of each line and to switch between the lines.
3. Auto-Answer/Paging/Intercom: After the phone makes a
“beep” sound, the call is automatically
established through the speaker. (The phone should be configured to enable
“Auto Answer” or
“Paging/Intercom”. Support from PBX / IP-PBX is also required)
Note: The LED light on the upper right corner of the GXV3140 will flash in blue once every half
second to indicate an incoming call.
