In cases where the pressures are expected to cross 20 bar (300 psi) up to 65 bar (1000 psi), extra high-
pressure stuffing box is used.
3.3.8 Mechanical shaft seal
VTP’s can also be fitted with a mechanical seal. The requirement to fit the mechanical seal to be provided at
the time of contract.
