9.5 Paste – This function allows the Administrator to paste a pass that has been copied from
this or another folder. A pass must first be copied before this function becomes active. See
Section 9.4. If the copied pass has the same name as a pass that already exists within that
folder, the operator will be given the option to rename the pasted file or to overwrite the
existing file.
9.6 Rename – This function allows an already stored pass to be given a new name. When this
button is pressed the screen will change to a screen similar to Figure 3.1.4. Enter the desired
name for the renamed pass and press OK.
9.7 Remove – This function allows the Administrator to remove a pass that is no longer needed
within the selected file folder.
9.8 Exit – Clicking on this button causes the screen to change back to the Main Screen. See
SECTION 3.1.0.
