ZPAK II
ZPAK II is a debug tool used to develop and debug hardware and soft-
ware. It is a networked device featuring an Ethernet interface and an
RS232 console port. ZPAK II is shipped with a preconfigured IP address
that can be changed to suit the user on a local network. For more informa-
tion about using and configuring ZPAK II, please refer to the ZPAK II
Debug Interface Tool Product User Guide (PUG0015) and the eZ80190
Development Kit Quick Start Guide (QS0004).
ZDI Target Interface Module
The ZDI Target Interface Module provides a physical interface between
ZPAK II and the eZ80Acclaim!
® Development Platform. The TIM mod-
ule supports ZDI functions. For more information on using the TIM mod-
ule or ZDI please refer to the eZ80190 Development Kit Quick Start
Guide (QS0004) and the eZ80190 Module Product Specification
(PS0191).
JTAG
Connector P1 is the JTAG connector on the eZ80Acclaim! ® Development
Platform. JTAG will be supported in the next offering of eZ80
®
products.
Application Modules
ZiLOG offers the Thermostat Application module, which can be used for
evaluating and developing process control and simple I/O applications.
The Thermostat Application module is equipped with an LCD display
that can be used to display process control and other physical parameters.
