ge,installationandmaintenanceinstructionslistedinthismanualhavenotbeen
followed�“Improperusage”isdefinedasanyoperatingorstorageconditioncon-
trarytothenationalelectricalcodeorthatsurpassesthelimitsindicatedinthe
technicalandenvironmentalfeaturesofthismanual�
• CIRCUTORacceptsnoliabilityduetothepossibledamagetotheunitorother
partsoftheinstallation,norwillitcoveranypossiblesanctionsderivedfromapos-
siblefailure,improperinstallationor“improperusage”oftheunit�Consequently,
thisguaranteedoesnotapplytofailuresoccurringinthefollowingcases:
-Overvoltagesand/orelectricaldisturbancesinthesupply;
-Water,iftheproductdoesnothavetheappropriateIPclassification;
-Poorventilationand/orexcessivetemperatures;
-Improperinstallationand/orlackofmaintenance;
-Buyerrepairsormodificationswithoutthemanufacturer’sauthorisation�
CIRCUTOR guaranteesitsproductsagainstanymanufacturingdefectfortwoyearsafterthe
deliveryoftheunits�
CIRCUTOR willrepairorreplaceanydefectivefactoryproductreturnedduringtheguarantee
period�
