you must specify the functional block’s Name,
and FunctionalProfile properties.
If you delete a dynamic functional block, it is
removed from both the LNS network database
and your network drawing on import.

ProgrammaticName Y N The original programmatic name of the
functional block indicating the device object
with which the functional block is associated.
Virtual functional blocks do not contain this
property.
FuncProfileName Y N The name of the functional profile used by the
functional block.
Virtual functional blocks do not contain this
property.
Scope Y N An enumerated value indicating the scope
selector of the functional block. The scope
selector specifies the context in which the
functional block’s NV and CP values are
interpreted. The possible values are as follows:
