/IP-852 Router Functionality
You can verify that an IP-852 device that you have configured as a L ON W ORKS /IP-852
router is functioning as a L ON W ORKS network. You will typically use the network
management tool that you used to configure the IP-852 device as a L ON W ORKS router to
do the verification. This section describes how to use the LonMaker Integration Tool to
do the verification.
To verify that the IP-852 devices in the network shown in Figure 2.11 are working
correctly, right-click on the network variable connection between
DI-10 (switch) functional block and DO-10 (LED) function block and select Monitor
Input Value. Verify that the value displayed on the connection in LonMaker is tracking
the value of the Digital Output network variable in DI-10 functional block. If you do not
see network variable updates reported by the LonMaker tool, there is a problem. Refer
to Table 2.2 for troubleshooting information.
