Mounting Instructions
1. Mount
bottom mounting bracket to base of cabinet using template provided.
2. Drill pilot holes for
top mounting bracket using template provided. Install the top mounting
bracket.
3. Insert the bottom of the tube (the notched end) through the top of the bottom tray and the
top of the tube through the bottom of the top tray.
4. Insert
brake pivot post into bottom of the tube. (Notch on post should fit into the half hole on
the bottom of the tube).
5. Insert
bottom tray securing pin through tube and post assembly. Secure bottom tray onto
pin. The 90-degree cutout of the tray should face the same way as the notch on the
brake
pivot post (see drawing).
6. Insert the assembly into the cabinet with the trays collapsed and the tube in the lower position.
The brake pivot post fits into the center hole of the bottom mounting bracket, and some
pressure is needed to pull it straight.
7. Raise the
telescopic tube up into the top mounting bracket and tighten locking screw.
8. Raise the upper
tray into position and insert securing pin into the tube and snap on the tray.
(Leave a small gap for adjustment.)
9. Adjust
height adjustment screw so that the tube assembly is raised approximately 3 mm
off the
brake pivot post. (This is to make sure that both downward [2-3 mm] and upward
[7-8 mm] adjustments will be possible once the doors are attached).
Check rotation and stopping position before mounting doors.
10. Affix doors to trays by centering from top to bottom with cabinet opening. See next page
for door installation.
