Be sure to install the arm rest on the
correct side of the table. The arm rest
will contour to the table top as shown.
Screw the Extension
Pad Attachment Bracket
it into the head end of
the table using the pre-
drilled hole. Be sure
to angle the bracket as
shown above.
Insert the Extension Pad
dowels into the bracket.
Insert the QuickLock™ Face
Rest platform dowels into the
Accessory Mounting Plate that is
attached to the table.
Adjust the Face Rest and
Pad as needed.

Insert Extension Pad dowels into the Accessory Mounting Plate located at either end of table.
