DIRECTIONS FOR USE
ADJUSTING THE HEIGHT AND TOP
The table comes complete with a multifunctional foot control that operates the backrest, leg rest,
and height. These controls should not be used simultaneously but individually to ensure safety and
complete ease of use. Press and hold the appropriate button until the position desired is achieved
and then release. The arm rests will adjust automatically to provide the most in comfort and ergonomics
while staying parallel to the floor, no matter what the position.

ADJUSTING THE HEIGHT OF THE FLAT TOP
Press and hold the appropriate button until the position desired is achieved and then release.

DO NOT sit on the elevated backrest or leg rest.
Children must be supervised when around this equipment by a responsible
adult. Do not leave children alone or allow them to operate the controls. Do
not allow children to crawl under the table.
