Tasks Options
1. Tap > > Tasks.
2. The following options are available.
: Tap to view All tasks or tasks from individual accounts.
: Tap to search for tasks.
: Tap to create a new task.
: Tap to access the options.

Tap to access the following options.

Sync now: Tap to sync your Microsoft Exchange account tasks.
l
Sort by: Allows you to sort tasks by Due date, Priority and Creation order.
l
Delete: Allows you to delete tasks.
l
View completed tasks: Allows you to view tasks completed.
l
Lists to display: Allows you to select the display option.
l
Settings: Allows you to set the following settings.
o Notifications: Allows you to enable or disable reminder notifications.
o Notification sound: Allows you to set the reminder notification sound.
o Vibrate: Allows you to set the vibrate setting for reminder notifications.
o Pop-up notification: Checkmark to display a pop-up reminder notification.
o Add Microsoft Exchange account: Allows you to add an account.

The following options are available when you touch and hold a task in the tasks list.

Edit: Allows you to edit the task.
l
Move: Allows you to move the task to another list.
