ERR_DEV if device number out of range
ERR_NOTOPEN if device not open for receive
This function reads data from the device’s receive
buffer without checking for receive errors. If receive
error information is needed, use the aaGetRxStatus()
and aaReadWithStatus() functions.
The Cnt parameter should not be greater than the size
of the Buf receive buffer.
