Baking
Do not lock the oven door with the iatch during
baking. The latch is used for self-cleaning only.
Your oven temperature is controlled very accurately
using an oven control system. It is recommended that
you operate the oven for a number of weeks to become
familiar with your new oven's performance, If you think
an adjustment is necessary, see the Adjust the Oven
Thermostat section.
How to Set Your Range for Baking
To avoid possible burns, place the shelves in the
correct position before you turn the oven on.
1. Press the BAKE pad.
2. Press the A or ▼ pads until the desired temperature
is displayed.
3. Press the START pad.
The oven will start automatically. The display will show
PRE while preheating. When the oven reaches the
selected temperature, the oven control will beep several
times and the display will show the oven temperature.
To change the oven temperature during BAKE cycle,
press the BAKE pad and then the A or ▼ pads to get
the new temperature.
4. Check food for doneness at minimum time on recipe.
Cook longer if necessary,
5. Press the STOP/CLEAR pad when baking is finished
and then remove the food from the oven.

in the middle of the
oven, on either shelf position B or C. See the following
chart for suggested shelf positions.
