DANGER!
Mains voltage!
– Before beginning with maintenance and assembly
work, disconnect the mains plug and protect the device
against being unintentionally switched back on!
– Indicate maintenance and assembly work with warning
signs.
On delivery of the Jaw Crusher, a set of crushing plates (17, 21) and the
support walls (11) are firmly mounted on it. The Jaw Crusher is ready for
use after connecting it to the power supply.
The crushing plates (to an extremely small extent also the support walls)
are subject to wear and may need to be turned and replaced at a later
stage.
If you determine during the inspection or cleaning that the
crushing plates are only worn at the bottom, you can simply
turn over the symmetrical plates.
The fixed and movable crushing plates deviate in shape.
The fixed crushing plate (17) has plane‐parallel surfaces.
The movable crushing plate (21) is convex on the crushing
side and slightly longer.
