12. Install the upper swivel bracket.
13. Install the swivel latch and spring.
14. Install the Belleville washer.
15. Install the lower nut and tighten it to a torque of 240
- 270 in lbs (27 - 31 Nm). See Figure 8.13.
16. Install the flat washer.
17. Install the upper locking jam nut.
18. Install the handle bar by following the procedures
described in the previous section of this chapter.
19. Test run the unit in a safe area before returning it to
service.
