Transmission removal
1. Remove the belts by following the procedures
described in Chapter 2: Belts.
2.
Remove the engine by following the steps described
in Chapter 4: Engine Removal.
3.
Loosen the forward drive cable pulley, using a 3/8”
wrench, and slide the cable off of the pulley.
See Figure 5.1.
4.
Unhook the cable. See Figure 5.2.
