4. Remove and discard both of the cable ties from the
handle bar. See Figure 8.3.
5. Remove and discard the outer cotter pin that
secures the swivel rod to the swivel latch. See Fig-
ure 8.4.
NOTE: Do not remove the inner cotter pin.
6. Remove the swivel rod and washer.
7. Remove the handle adjustment crank. See Figure
8.5.
