6.2.3 Timer mode
In Timer mode the set pressure is maintained for the set time. Depending on the vent­
ing setting (see Chapter 5.4.1 "Controller settings", page 20), the system is then either
immediately vented or a message simply displayed indicating that distillation has fin­
ished.
u Press the Menu button and for Mode select Timer.

u Press the Prog. button.
u Using the arrow buttons, set the pressure and the time and press OK to confirm in
each case.
u Press the START button.
The vacuum pump switches on and runs until the set pressure is reached. There­
after the pump will intermittently start up automatically to maintain the pressure.
u If necessary, depending on the venting setting (see Chapter 5.4.1 "Controller set­
tings", page 20), press the STOP button to vent the system.
