' You can select between 'basic', 'whole wheat’,
'rye' (SD-257 only), 'french', and 'pizza' dough
types.
• Options available include 'RAISIN DOUGH' on
'basic' or 'whole wheat’.
• Select 'DOUGH RAISIN «ifi»' if you would like to
add extra ingredients to your dough. (P. 17) (Place
in the dispenser or the bread pan.)
• For modes other than 'pizza', a 'resting' process
will begin immediately after starting, followed by
'kneading' and 'rising'.
• When using 'DOUGH RAISIN «ifl»' setting
(SD-257)
The ingredients in the raisin nut dispenser are
automatically inserted during the kneading
process.
(SD-256)
After starting, open the lid when the beeper
sounds and insert the extra ingredients into the
bread pan.
• Shape the finished dough and allow it to rise for
the second time according to the recipe, then
bake in the oven.
