Cleaning the Drain Pan To prevent spillage, always dean the Drain Pan of excess ink before
moving the machine.
To clean the Drain Pan, follow the procedure below.
1. Turn off the power and open the ADF Door and Printer Cover.
2. Slide the Print Cartridge Cradle to the left.
3. Inspect the Drain Pan for excess ink. If necessary, clean up the excess
ink with a swab or a paper towel.
