Information Codes
When something unusual occurs, the display may show one of the
Information Codes below. These will help you fix the problem.
Info. Code Meaning Action
001/002 Recording paper jam.
Remove jammed paper.

To load the paper,

014 Print Cartridge is not attached.
Attach the Print Cartridge,
