If You Can not Solve the Problem
If you have a problem with your machine and you can not solve it by referring to the information in this chapter, call your service
representative.
• If the machine makes strange noises, emits smoke or strange smells, unplug the power cord immediately, and then call your
service representative. Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the machine yourself.
• Attempting to repair the machine yourself may void the limited warranty.
If you need to call your service representative, make sure you have the following information:
