Problem: No Paper is loaded.
Solution: Load Paper.
Problem: Paper is jammed in the printer.
Solution: Clear the paper jam as described later in this
chapter.
Problem: Paper loaded in the printer is longer that 15
inches.
Solution: Remove the paper, and use paper that matches
the specifications of the printer. See Appendix A, Printer
Specifications, for details.
Problem: The carriage has not returned to its home
position.
Solution: Turn off the printer, wait at least four seconds,
and then turn on the printer.
