2. Press NEXT as needed to scroll down and highlight the desired network name, and
then press SELECT.
The monitor displays a confirmation screen asking you to confirm that you want to
change the network name.
• If you press YES, the monitor turns itself off, turns on, and seeks to connect to a
FlexNet network with the new network name.
• If you press NO, the monitor displays the Change Net Name screen again.
Reset the Propaq CS monitor radio
It may be necessary to return the radio card to its default settings if:
• A network security setting was enabled that is not supported by the network
infrastructure.
• The network name was changed incorrectly.
• The default password was changed and forgotten.
The Reset Radio Card menu can only be entered when the monitor is not connected to
the network.
To reset the monitor radio
1. Open the Network Status screen. From the Main Menu press SETUP > MORE >
MORE > SERVICE > YES > MORE > MORE > RADIO. The Network Status screen
appears.
Note If the current Wireless Propaq CS network name is a custom (not pre-set) name,
you cannot change the name from the Change Net Name screen
(CHANGE NET NAME is not displayed). To set a custom network name, see
“Set an SSID using the radio configuration tool” on page 14.
