Shipping Carton 2:
• Roller Base Assembly
Set Up
1. Carefully remove the contents from both shipping
cartons. Do not damage the colposcope head.
2. Lock all wheels on the roller base assembly.
3. Insert the post into the base assembly and push until
the post feels tight.
4. Insert colposcope head shaft into upper post collar.
5. Place the fiber optic cable adapter onto the fiber
optic cable and tighten the set screw.
6. Plug the fiber optic light bundle (attached to the
colposcope head) into the light source.
7. Attach the power cord to the bottom of the light
source.
8. Remove the protective caps from the colposcope
head and replace with the 20X oculars. Add the eye
cups to the oculars.
9. Plug unit into a hospital grade outlet.
Operating Procedure/Focusing Optics
1. Set the post assembly to the desired height and then
tighten the adjustment knob to set it in place.
2. Rotate the illumination intensity knob clockwise to
“ON” position and adjust to desired light intensity.
